Chris Christenson, a living legend who led the San Diego fish movement, is undoubtedly the best in the world for big wave gun shapes, and continues to create masterpieces in mid-length and twin fins. His masterpiece C-BUCKET has been completely reproduced with a soft top + EPS core.

The beautiful streamlined form and complex concaves are faithfully reproduced using AKU data. While it's great for barrels, it's also perfect for trimming and gliding. It's smooth for experts and a wonderful design for beginners to cruise and develop their style. The two stringers provide appropriate rigidity and flex. Christenson himself has endorsed its quality.

While 7'11 may sound a bit long just by the numbers, it's a size that makes trimming easy and provides a good gliding feel. With more buoyancy than a PU C-BUCKET of the same size, even very large riders can fully experience the appeal of this masterpiece. Of course, it's also a recommended size for beginners as a first board, making take-offs and turns easy as a funboard.

Shaped with AKU Shaper, which boasts world-class technology, the EPS foam with faithfully reproduced bottom and concave is double-coated with fiberglass to achieve maximum strength.

The exterior features 4mm thick EVA foam (or IXPE foam) on the deck and an HDPE skin on the bottom, creating a soft surface with vacuum bag technology.

Soft top + PEAR texture with an embossed, wax-free finish to minimize chafing.

Regarding Fin Screws

You can use your existing fin screws, but they may occasionally be difficult to tighten. We recommend using the included fin screws.

Before Use

If exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods, the board may develop air bubbles or fade in color. Please store the board in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not leave it in a car for extended periods. Due to the nature of the materials used in softboards, some water absorption is normal and not a defect. This water usually drains after use.

Maintenance

After use, always rinse the board with fresh water to remove dirt, sand, and salt, then wipe it with a clean cloth or towel. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use solvents or cleaners on the board.
Before storing the board in a board bag or board sock, rinse it with fresh water, wipe it clean, and allow it to dry.

When driving with the board mounted on a car roof rack before it has completely drained, a thin, waterproof cover that only covers the top is convenient. It prevents water from dripping from the board and allows it to dry easily. Remove the cover and drain the water when you get home.

Regarding Color Irregularities on the Deck Surface

Occasionally, some boards may have slight color irregularities on the deck surface. These are caused during the manufacturing process and do not affect the performance or ride in any way, so please use with confidence. While we try to send boards with the least noticeable color irregularities from our stock, please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to color irregularities.
